NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Six pedestrians were hit by a hit and run driver in the Bronx Monday afternoon, police said.
It happened near the intersection of 163rd Street and Washington Avenue in the Morrisania section.
At least one pedestrian is in serious condition. The others received minor injuries.
Police caught up with the vehicle involved near Brook Avenue and 163rd and took one person into custody. A gun was found in the car.
Police are searching for other suspects.
