NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A woman is recovering after being hit by a stray bullet in Chelsea.
It happened just after 10 p.m. Friday on 26th Street between Ninth and 10th avenues.
Police say shots rang out after two men got into an argument.
A 24-year-old woman was hit in the knee and taken to a local hospital. She is expected to be OK.
No arrests have been made.
