Former WFAN Host Craig Carton Reportedly Released From Prison

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Disgraced former sports radio host Craig Carton was reportedly released from federal prison Tuesday morning.

In April 2019, Carton was sentenced to three and a half years behind bars for his part in a ticket resale scam.

As part of his sentence, Carton was also ordered to pay $5 million in restitution.

According to published reports, Carton will enter either home confinement or a halfway house to finish out his sentence.
