NYPD: 2 Hospitalized After Jet Skis Collide In Water Off Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Two Jet Skis collided in the water off the Bronx on Monday night, sending two men to the hospital.

Police say the watercrafts struck each other near Overlook Avenue, between Throggs Neck and City Island at around 9 p.m.

CBS2 has learned the victims were picked up by a private boat and brought to shore. They were taken to Jacobi Hospital with severe injuries.

The NYPD Harbor and Aviation divisions are investigating.
