NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Several people were hurt when a fire spread through an East Village apartment building overnight.
The fire started on the first floor of a three-story building on East Sixth Street near Avenue D.
Eight people suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
